The target of this network was to reduce cultural conflicts in companies and to increase integration in the mentioned environment.

38 Experts from 14 countries participated in this network. Targets of the network were to exchange knowledge about integration in companies, to work together on scientific projects and to act as contact for interested companies.

The network was built because of a Project, which we designed first for the government of Switzerland and then for the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) of the European Union.
